  1.  About our My Florist Delhi.com?

My Florist Delhi is an India’s leading online florist company, delivering fresh flower bouquets & baskets arrangements of various designs along with sweets, cakes, chocolates, on the occasions of Birthday, Anniversary, Love N Romance, Get-Well Soon and on other important occasions. My Florist Delhi is expertise in Same Day, Midnight & Fixed time Flowers deliveries. This page contains all terms and conditions for all orders placed on this site.

  2.  Delivery Timings:

My Florist Delhi may delivered cakes, flower and chocolates in 99 minutes to your destination, orders have to be made before 6pm on the same day If we gave late deliveries after 99 Minutes we give fine Rs 1 per minute maximum up to 50% of the ordered amount (applicable in only the product available in 99 minutes category excluding cakes and chocolates). All orders made after 6 pm shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day.

A) We will try and deliver the order right into the hands of the recipient but in cases where our delivery man cannot reach the recipient due to some constraint like in offices, hospitals and some public areas, the flowers will be handed over to the person as advised by the recipient.

B) In case of the delivery is at residence address and the recipient is not at home or the premises are locked we will deliver the flowers to the neighbors only if they are ready to accept on their behalf.

C) We do not take orders for delivery at Airports and Railway Stations.

D) We will not call the recipient at their phone number before the delivery to maintain the element of surprise. But in cases where we are unable to locate the address or some other problem where contacting the recipient is must, we will have to call the recipient and take the directions.

E) You must provide us with the all correct information required in the order form and any extra information that you feel will help us reaching the right place. In case of incorrect information, we will not be responsible for the wrong delivery. In case you are sending flowers anonymously and recipient refuses to accept flowers, no refund would be issued.

F) Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections etc, the order cancelation would not be possible in such circumstances

G) For Valentine Midnight delivery, delivery will be done between 10 PM to 12 AM

We understand your emotions and will try to deliver your order with the utmost care to make sure that your presence is felt there in the flowers.

  3.  Discounts and Special offers:

A) All the discounts are decided by My Florist Delhi team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together. If we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.

B) In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of a product falls or is discounted due to a special offer or discount, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall 'prevail'.

C) As our special offers are often made available due to the availability of products, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to offer personalized special offers and promotions which will on be redeemable by the customer in receipt of the special offer.

D) As mentioned above, there may be times when certain products are offered with a free item (i.e. a free vase with a bouquet of flowers). These items are subject to availability and so, should an occasion arise when they are omitted from an order, and we reserve the right to offer an alternative at our discretion, or offer no replacement.

  4.  Address Change:

We will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient's address you provide. If Deliveries are not possible due to problems with the address information that our customers provide or due to problems our drivers encounter when attempting to deliver the order. It is important that you ensure that the recipient address you provide is accurate, the postcode, and additional instructions to assist our drivers to locate difficult-to-find addresses. It is important that you keep us informed if you find that the recipient's address or availability changes prior to the order being delivered. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses or to FREEPOST addresses. We are also, not able to deliver neither to Military Bases nor to the Terminals at Airport or Small Villages outside main cities (It can be included inside cities but still those areas are not accessible by us).

Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.

  5.  Order Change:

Changes in the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 24 hrs. of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Cancellation charges of 5% are applicable on all cancellation requests

  6.  Delivery Product:

The My Florist Delhi arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non-availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of color of flowers due to non-availability shall also consider under this condition. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability.

  7.   Damaged deliveries:

We will arrange the delivery if any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e. within 24 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.

  8.   Substitution Policy

If any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. If necessary and when time allows, we will try to contact you via email. If we read the message and believe that the flower variety is key but the delivery is not time critical, we may move the delivery back a day to await the delivery of fresh flowers.

  9.  Rules for Duplicate Orders:

If My Florist Delhi finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer for clarifications. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final call.

  10.   Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:

Any fraudulent activity or behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason if we found anything wrong, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.

  11.   Abusive Behavior

We will not tolerate any abusive behavior in any ways .We Endeavour to do our very best, and our orders accordingly, mistakes are sometimes made. My Florist Delhi does not entitle individuals to treat our staff abusively. If anyone is abusive to our staff, we will cancel any dialogue. We will not continue dialogue with the level of respect to which every human being. We reserve the right not to deal with returning customers who have previously been abusive or offensive by blocking their account or take any other measures we wish to prevent them using our services in future.

  12.   Customer and recipient personal information

My Florist Delhi communicate effectively with both customers and recipients, it is important that you provide accurate personal information. If you do not put your name into the message card field, we will not share your identity with the recipient, even if they ask us for it. If they request it, we will email or call you to let you know that they are enquiring

  13.   Deliveries on weekends and public holidays

We deliver whole week, but not normally on Sundays or public holidays we can make special arrangements for such deliveries; however we do not guarantee it. Please contact us if you would like to request a weekend or public holiday delivery and we will see if it is possible.

  14.   Changes to Valentine's Day orders

During this exceptionally busy period, if you wish to change any detail of your order, please call us on 9811155314 or email us on info@myfloristdelhi.com Please note that any changes to your order (delivery address, gift message, additional items) must be made by 5 pm IST on 13th February to ensure that we have time to amend the order prior to dispatch. Although we will Endeavour to make amendment requests that we receive after 2pm on 13th February, we cannot guarantee we shall be able to make the changes.

  15.   Changes Mother's Day Orders

If you wish to change any detail of your order over this period, we are only able to amend orders if you give us sufficient time. We need24 hours to do any changes with order.

  16.   Changes Christmas Period Orders

If you wish to change any detail of your order over this period, we are only able to amend orders if you give us sufficient time. After 22nd December we cannot guarantee to be able to change any order details although we shall do our best to help.

  17.   User comments, feedback and other submissions provided by customers

Any material, information or ideas that you transmit to this site is, and will remain, the property of My Florist Delhi.

You accept that you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under law. You are solely responsible for the content of any comments you make.

18. Courier items will be shipped as such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 9am - 7pm and may take 2 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.

    

19. My Florist Delhi holds the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.

   

20. My Florist Delhi can amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

    

21. Terms and Conditions, cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, andany other rights not written in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
